Having trouble installing this widget?
Users have had issues with the widget freezing on them when trying to upgrade from an earlier version.
These steps seem to fix the problem:
1) Empty your trash.
2) Remove The Simpsons Quote Box Widget from the dashboard by clicking "Manage Widgets..." at the bottom of the dashboard screen. When the window comes up select it and delete it. If it doesn't want to delete it, empty your trash again and try deleting it again.
3) Once it is removed empty the trash again.
4) Restart your Mac.
5) Reinstall the The Simpsons Quote Box Widget 6.1. It should work at this point.
